Transportation Advisory Committee (TAC)
SRTC is pleased to announce the re-launch of the Transportation Advisory Committee in April 2020! This 13-member citizens’ group took a brief a hiatus while the SRTC Board of Directors re-evaluated the structure, purpose, and focus of the committee. Transportation Advisory Committee, or TAC will bring topical and contextual policy recommendations to SRTC staff and the Board of Directors in the development of SRTC’s regional transportation planning work.
TAC meetings will be the fourth Monday of every month (unless it falls on a holiday) at 3:00 pm. Until the stay-at-home order is lifted, meetings will be held virtually. TAC meetings are open to the public and everyone is welcome.

SRTC Advisory Committee Bylaws & Procedures
Purpose of the TAC is:
• To a bring topical and contextual policy recommendations to the staff, TTC, and Board of Directors.
• Their work is based on SRTC’s mission, vision, values and the Horizon 2040 Guiding Principles.
• To represent users of the transportation system and community/industry areas providing context to regional transportation planning.
• Other activities as directed by the SRTC Board of Directors.
The group is composed of 13 citizens from Spokane County; they meet every fourth Monday of the month at 3:00 pm at the SRTC office in the Paulsen Building, 421 W Riverside Ave Suite 504, Spokane, WA 99201. The public is welcome to attend TAC meetings and there is an opportunity for public comment.
