The SRTC Transportation Improvement Program, or TIP, is a four-year program of regional transportation projects sponsored by cities, towns and agencies in Spokane County. All types of projects are included: pavement preservation, bicycle & pedestrian facilities, bridge repair, new roads, adding capacity to existing roads, etc. SRTC updates the TIP each year.
