Wow, this is a really nice shout-out for Spokane, from someone on the west side of the state. In a blog post, Transportation Choices, says Spokane may not have the traffic of the Puget Sound area and may be more culturally similar to cities in Montana, but we are indeed a transit city, despite what some people would tell you. He also crowns STA Planning Director Karl Otterstrom as a “transit hero.” Here’s the post. It’s interesting reading.
