Have you seen that billboard downtown yet that asks you to support the City of Spokane’s Streets Levy? I saw it last week and was wondering where the money came from to pay for it. This Spokesman-Review article talks about the Levy and what it would pay for, how oversight will be conducted on it, and who has contributed to a campaign to support it.
