Spokane Transit Authority (STA) is issuing a call for projects that will be funded primarily with Federal Section 5310 Enhanced Mobility for Seniors and Individuals with Disabilities Program funding. These projects are meant to provide transportation services targeted to benefit the elderly and people with disabilities, when current public transportation service is insufficient, inappropriate, or unavailable to meet their transportation needs.
STA proposes to make up to $683,500 available under the 2021 Section 5310 Call for Projects. Applications are due no later than 5:00 PM on Monday, May 3, 2021. Applications received after this date will not be considered. Please submit the application and all required materials electronically to marredondo@spokanetransit.com. If you are submitting a hard copy of the application and required materials, it must be postmarked by May 3, 2021. Only electronic or mailed hard copy applications will be accepted.
