a.m. Any vehicles parked along the parade route will be towed
before 9 a.m., Saturday, March 12.

No parking signs will be set
up and meters will be bagged. Any city block that has “No
Parking” signs out will be strictly enforced; this includes parking
between the signs. Cars parked at any parking meters bagged, Friday,
March 11, will need to move their car by 8 a.m., Saturday, March 12. NOTE: This year’s Parade
