The City of Spokane’s new Bike and Pedestrian Coordinator is officially on the job now. I haven’t met him yet but have been hearing a lot about him in the past few days. Apparently he jumped right into things by attending last nights Bike Advisory Board meeting. Local bicycling advocate John Speare was at that meeting.
