Got an unpaid parking ticket you haven’t taken care of because all the fines added up to too much to afford? Well, the City of Spokane today launched a “parking amnesty” program that allows citizens to pay parking tickets in collections at face value with no added costs.
Under the program, all fines, fees and interest accrued will be waved until June 30. Beginning July 1 though, cars with four or more unpaid parking tickets in collections will be booted and towed. Sounds like they mean business folks.
