Spokane Valley recently agreed with the state of Washington to hold additional public forums in order to retain state funding for the Overpass project over the railroad tracks at Trent and Barker roads. Another request from the state is to have the business community weigh in on the topic. To help out with this, the Greater Spokane Valley Chamber of Commerce will host a Business Community Forum this Friday, March 16th from 7:30-8:30 a.m. at Spokane Valley City Hall Council Chambers.
The forum will discuss the history, purpose, need, and alternatives analysis of the Barker/BNSF Grade Separation. Information will be presented by Spokane Valley staff and moderated by Transportation Committee Chair, Frank Tombari of Banner Bank. If you are a member of the business community in Spokane Valley,
your feedback is critical and you are asked to attend. Please RSVP HERE if you can make it.
