Mullen Technologies, Inc. plans to build an electric car manufacturing facility in Spokane’s West Plains area. The Spokesman-Review reports the California based company will make high-end electric sports cars, the Qiantu K50. (as an aside, a co-worker told me that Qiantu means “future” in Mandarin).
