Unified Planning Work Program

 The Unified Planning Work Program, or UPWP, guides the agency over two years in its transportation planning activities. The UPWP outlines the core functions, planning studies and activities, and defines associated financial resources.

Draft Unified Planning Work Program

 SRTC has finalized its draft UPWP for the state fiscal years 2026–2027.

Draft UPWP Public Comment Period

This iteration of the Unified Planning Work Program spans from July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2027. A sample of the proposed activities include updating the Public Participation Plan,  completing development of the long-range Metropolitan Transportation Plan, performing an economic analysis of regional transportation projects, completing a truck parking study and incorporating resiliency planning metrics into project evaluations.

SRTC welcomes the public to review and provide input on these proposed activities.  After public review, the draft Unified Planning Work Program will go to the SRTC Board of Directors for adoption in June.
