Board Of Directors
The Board of Directors is the decision-making body of SRTC. The Board consists of 20 voting members who are either elected officials or member agency executives. The Committee chairs also make up two ex-officio (non-voting members). The public is welcome to attend and there is an opportunity to provide comments at or before the meeting (written comments must be submitted by 10:00 am the day of the meeting).

New participants are always welcome to join a meeting. If you are interested in attending Equity Working Group meetings regularly, we ask that you please fill out a participation form to help SRTC staff get to know you and your interests better. Filling out a participation form is not required to be a part of the Equity Working Group.

The Administrative Committee
This sub-committee consists of seven members of the Board of Directors. They meet separately to make administrative recommendations, which are brought to the entire Board for a final decision.
