that Bike to Work Barb sent me. It’s NationalJournal.com where a panel of ‘insiders’ discuss issues and you are allowed to vote on who’s opinion you agree with. Today’s article asks if it’s still possible to promote new bicycling and walking options in harmony with vehicular traffic.
