Spokane City construction projects are starting for the season! Today, work starts on traffic calming projects at:
- E. Rowan at Magnolia (Sidewalk and curb ramps)
- W. Olympic Place at N. Greenwood Blvd. (Sidewalk and curb ramps)
- S. Tekoa and Manito Blvd. (Sidewalk, curb ramps, striping)
Roads will remain open, no detours are required. Short term parking restrictions and sidewalk closures during construction are expected. These projects are funded with Photo Red Light funds.
They said they were going to start our sidewalk between Whitman school and Rochester Heights Park as soon as possible this spring, guess they are starting now.
It’s that time of year! Seems early considering my yard is still full of snow but as long as the streets are clear…
