Do you support, or not support, a plan to cut local bus service? Tonight is your last chance to voice your opinion to the Spokane Transit Authority Board of Directors.
A public hearing on the proposal starts at 5:30 p.m. in the Spokane City Council Chambers at City Hall, 808 W. Spokane Falls Blvd. The board is expected to vote on the plan on March 16.
To bring yourself up to speed before tonight’s meeting, check out the proposed service changes here.
What a bunch of gutless cowards you people are! I post a response to Mr. Berde's remarks and personal insults directed at me….and you brave people won't even post it.
You should all be ashamed.
David Bray
Mr. Bray, it appears your anger is misdirected… maybe you should try reading the thread you originally posted your comment on before you start railing on the SRTC staff for censorship that didn't happen:

Mr. Bray, we have occasional glitches with this program where comments are delayed being posted, but yours showed up on my end as soon as you posted it, and I responded to it just as quickly. Also, if you check the thread you posted to yesterday, I asked someone else responding to you to be respectful in their comments. Let's keep it civil folks. I love the conversation, and that's what this blog is for, to start a conversation between government agencies and the public, so respect each other's opinions please.
