Ryan joined SRTC in 2008. His duties include project management, travel demand modeling, and transportation air quality conformity. Before coming to SRTC, Ryan worked as a transit planner for STA and did neighborhood/community development planning in northeast Spokane. Ryan has a Bachelor of Arts in Urban & Regional Planning from Eastern Washington University.
