David Fletcher joined SRTC in March 2019. Prior to SRTC he worked as a transportation planner for the Chelan-Douglas Transportation Council in Wenatchee. He also previously worked as a GIS analyst in the private sector. David holds a Master of City and Metropolitan Planning degree from the University of Utah and a bachelor’s degree in geography from Weber State University.
