Flora Rd. between Euclid Ave. (West) and Dalton Ave.- Road/sewer    project. Intermittent lane closure between Euclid Ave. (West) and Dalton Ave. for shoulder work.

Mission Ave., Pines to McDonald– Traffic signal work. Lane restrictions with detour signs posted.

Sullivan Rd. and Euclid Ave. Intersection– Reconstructing intersection with concrete. The east half of the intersection will be closed with traffic detoured via Marietta Ave. Expect delays.

Pines Rd. and 32nd Ave.- Gas main replacement. Local access only permitted.

WSDOT
US 2/Francis Ave to Division Wye–Asphalt paving and sidewalk ADA improvements. Be alert for some lane and sidewalk restrictions.  Daytime lane restrictions occur northbound 6 am to 3 pm and southbound 10 am to 7 pm.  Nighttime lane restrictions occur 7 pm to 6 am, all directions.

I-90/ Altamont Street to Division Street- Replacement of cement concrete panels near the 3^rd Avenue bridge crossing and replacement of the bridge expansion joint at Division St. Westbound I-90 is reduced to two lanes from Altamont Street to Division Street through July 19. Westbound drivers should expect slow traffic, congestion, and delays. At times, during the overnight hours from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m., traffic will be reduced to one lane.

I-90 Eastbound/Liberty Lake Interchange- Be alert for congestion and delays at the I-90 eastbound on and off ramps, Appleway, and Liberty Lake Road intersection for restoration work to Liberty Lake Road. Work hours are 7 p.m. to 5 a.m.

SR 291/Suncrest to SR 231- Chip seal and fog oil seal. Be alert for flaggers and/or pilot cars directing single-lane, alternating traffic with delays of up to 20 minutes when work is underway.  When loose gravel is on the roadway, the legal speed is reduced to 35 mph.

NSC-US 395/Freya Structures- Construct two mainline freeway bridges over Freya Street. Be alert for occasional traffic control at the Freya roundabouts.

NSC-US 395/Spokane River to Francis- Work includes curb & sidewalk work on city streets that are immediately adjacent to the NSC right of way.  Drainage work is also included.

NSC-US 395/North of Spokane River- North of the Spokane River adjacent to Greene Street between Jackson and Marietta Avenues. The City of Spokane is placing surplus fill material for future NSC construction.

SR904/Mullenix Road to Betz Road- Asphalt paving and sidewalk ADA improvements. Grinding, paving, and electrical work continues. Be alert for some lane and sidewalk restrictions.  Work near Betz Rd. will primarily occur at night from 7 pm to 6 am.

SPOKANE CITY
37^th Avenue, Regal to Custer Streets- 37^th Avenue is closed between Regal Street and Ray Street.  This work is to reconstruct the road, include pavement, curbs, sidewalk, bike lanes, stormwater piping, and a water main.

Citywide ADA Ramp Project- Work is underway in the Wellesley and Assembly area and 37^th Avenue and Lindeke.

Barnes Road from Strong Road to Phoebe Street– Strong Road from Rustle to Phoebe is closed to traffic. This project includes installation of a water line, new pavement, curb, sidewalk and drainage facilities.

Bridge Avenue and Monroe Street CSO Work- Summit Blvd/Bridge Avenue is closed to traffic.  Pipe connections for this tank are needed across both Lincoln and Monroe streets. Work on the Lincoln Street connection begins Monday, July 17, and last about two weeks. Lincoln will be closed between Broadway and Summit Boulevard. Then, the connection across Monroe will proceed for another two weeks, starting about Monday, July 31. Monroe will be closed between College and Summit Boulevard. Summit Boulevard between Lincoln and Monroe will be open during this work and will be part of the detour route. Both the Post Street and Monroe Street bridges also will be open.

Lincoln has one northbound lane open.  Lincoln southbound is closed at Broadway. This project will construct a Combined Sewer Overflow Tank (CSO) tank and piping.

Downtown Bicycle Network Phase 3– Expect lane restrictions including limited parking at Sprague and Riverside Avenue from Bernard to Maple Street and 1^st Avenue from Walnut to Bernard Street.

Division Street Gateway Project, 3^rd Avenue to Spokane Falls Boulevard– Phase 3 of construction has started. This phase includes lane closures along the east curb lane from Sprague to Spokane Falls Boulevard on both Division and Browne Street. On Monday, July 17 construction will switch to the west side of Division and Browne Street from Sprague to Spokane Falls Boulevard.

This project includes electrical conduit replacement, stormwater updates, asphalt patching, curb and sidewalk replacement and landscaping.

Hayford Force Main Replacement/West Plains Chlorine Injection Station- Construction has closed Hallett Road between Thomas Mallen Road and Westbow Road. A detour is in place. This project includes replacing PVC with iron pipe and construction of a chlorine injection station.

Liberty Park Combined Sewer Overflow Tank 33-1– Work continues with traffic impacts on 5^th Ave. from Arthur to Perry and Denver and Celesta. This work is to construct a 2 million gallon Combined Sewer Overflow Tank.

Monroe and Lincoln Street, Main Avenue to 2^nd Avenue– Paving is scheduled for Tuesday, July 18 starting at 7 p.m. Two lanes will be maintained on both streets throughout the work, as well as east-west access through intersections except during night paving when each intersection will be closed. This is a full depth roadway replacement and full depth replacement between curbs on Lincoln Street and Monroe Street; Main Avenue from Monroe Street to Lincoln Street; and Monroe Street from Spokane Falls Boulevard to Main Avenue. Some minor curbing and ADA curb ramps will be installed where necessary.

Spokane Falls Boulevard Combined Sewer Overflow Tank (CSO 26) Project– This project will construct a 2.2 million-gallon CSO tank across from the Downtown Library. Spokane Falls Boulevard from Lincoln to Monroe is closed. Lincoln Street from Spokane Falls Boulevard to Main is open with traffic redirected southbound. Lincoln is the detour route for traffic coming from the River Park Square garage and Spokane Falls Boulevard.  Lincoln has two lanes of traffic, and drivers will be required to go east or west at Main Avenue. The Spokane Library parking garage is closed for excavation work until Sunday, July 23.

Sprague Avenue, Helena Street to Stone Street– Work on Sprague Avenue between Altamont to Napa is expected to be complete in mid-July. In the meantime, work continues on Sprague Avenue just west of Napa to just west of Helena. Sprague from Altamont Street to just west of Helena is closed.

TJ Meenach Combined Sewer Overflow Tank CSO I-03- Construction on this CSO tank located to the east of TJ Meenach Drive, below Northwest Boulevard continues. Currently there are lane restrictions on TJ Meenach Drive. There is one lane southbound and two lanes northbound. TJ Meenach Drive will be fully closed from Monday, July 24 to Monday, September 11. This project will construct a 1.4 million gallon Combined Sewer Overflow Tank (CSO) tank and the necessary piping for our Cleaner River Faster Program.

Upriver Drive Combined Sewer Overflow Tank, CSO 41– Upriver Drive is now open from west of Freya to east of Rebecca.  Rebecca remains closed to from Upriver Drive to south of Ermina for work on the CSO Tank.  A detour is in place for the Centennial Trail.

Adams Street Combined Sewer Overflow (CSO) 24 Project- This project will construct a 2.4 million gallon Combined Sewer Overflow Tank (CSO) tank and piping. Here’s how this work affects traffic and parking in the area:

• • Adams Street between 1^st and Sprague Avenue is reduced to one lane on the east side of the road. There is no on street parking
  • 1^st Avenue is reduced to one lane eastbound in the furthest south lane. There is no on street parking from Cedar to just short of Jefferson Street.
  • Sprague Avenue is closed to all westbound traffic from Jefferson to Cedar. No on street parking is permitted from Jefferson to Cedar Street, with the exception of those currently available.
  • o   Westbound Riverside is open to traffic and serves as the detour route for the Sprague Ave. closure.
  • Eastbound Riverside remains closed from Cedar to Jefferson Street.

SPOKANE COUNTY Craig Road Improvement Project, Four Lakes Road to SR-902- Overlay of the existing Asphalt. Expect delays and lane restrictions in both directions.

Market Street, Houston to Lincoln- Installing curb, sidewalk, ramps, catch basins, drywells, Swales, sewer pipe, repair and replace asphalt. Starting Thursday July 20^th, the road will be closed but businesses will remain open.

Monroe Street Improvements (Francis to Greta)- Removing/abandoning existing drainage structures, installing catch basins, pipe, sidewalk, curb, reconstructing a traffic signal, asphalt grind, repair and repave. Monroe Street is closed from Francis Ave. to Wall St. Wall St. is closed from Monroe ST. to Greta Ave.

Monroe Street Swales, Country Homes Boulevard to Cedar and Excel- Repair and repave asphalt and install curb, sidewalk, catch basins, drywells, sewer pipe. Some delays when entering the roadway. Paving Country Homes Blvd. at Wedgewood on June 16^th. Expect Delays. June 19th to June 30th – Country Homes Blvd. will remain one Lane southwest bound until Cedar Road.

Ritchey Road Bridge- Removal of the existing bridge and replace with new structure. Road closed from Bannock Ave. to US-2.

Trails Road, from Old Trails Road to Euclid Road- Roadway excavation, embankment compaction, Asphalt. Delays and lane restrictions in both directions.
