US 2/Spokane Sidewalk Work- Be alert for lane restrictions on Division and Browne between Sprague Avenue and Third Avenue for sidewalk repairs.

I-90/Division Street to Altamont Street- Eastbound I-90 is reduced to two lanes.  Eastbound drivers should expect slow traffic, congestion, and delays. The eastbound Altamont off-ramp is closed. Work in this section will repair bridge joints and bridge approach concrete slabs.

SR 291/Suncrest to SR 231- Beginning May 18, drivers should be alert for flaggers and or pilot cars directing single-lane, alternating traffic with some delays as the pavement is repaired in preparation for an upcoming chip seal.

NSC-US 395/Spokane River to Francis- Market Street may be reduced to one northbound lane between Columbia Ave. and Francis Ave. on weekdays from 8 a.m. until as late at 4:30 p.m. for work on curbs, sidewalks and drainage.

SPOKANE VALLEY
Blake Ave. between Sprague Ave. and 3rd Ave.- Closed from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday for work on the Appleway Trail. There may also be single lane closures for Northbound and Southbound directions on Pines Rd.

Buckeye Avenue Between McMillan and the City Limits- Road/sewer project. Buckeye closed from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily through May 26.

Intersection of 24th and 25th Avenues- One block west of 25th Avenue and Vercler Drive. Water main replacement. Alternating lanes closures between 7 a.m. and 5:30 a.m.

SPOKANE CITY
37TH Avenue Regal to Custer Streets-
37th Avenue is closed between Freya Street and Ray Street; both of the intersections remain open. This work is to reconstruct the road, include pavement replacement, curbs, sidewalk, bike lanes, stormwater piping, and a 36 inch water main.

Adams Street Combined Sewer Overflow (CSO) 24 Project- Work includes water main relocation in 1st Avenue along with Shoring and Excavation for the future CSO tank. Adams Street between 1st and Sprague Avenue is reduced to one lane on the east side of the road. 1st Avenue is reduced to one lane eastbound in the furthest south lane. No on street parking from Cedar to just short of Jefferson Street. Sprague Avenue is reduced to one lane westbound in the furthest north lane. No one street parking from Jefferson to Cedar Street. Westbound Riverside is closed and detoured to Sprague at Jefferson. Eastbound Riverside is closed from Cedar to Jefferson. Adams between 1st and 2nd Avenue will be reopened with no on street parking restrictions on Monday, May 15.

Bridge Avenue and Monroe Street CSO Work- Lincoln has one northbound lane open. Lincoln southbound is closed at Broadway. Summit Blvd/Bridge Avenue is closed to traffic. This project will construct a Combined Sewer Overflow Tank (CSO) tank and the necessary piping for our Cleaner River Faster Program.

Division Street Gateway Project, 3rd Avenue to Spokane Falls Boulevard- Signal Lane Closure along the east curb lines from 3rd to 1st Avenue on both Division and Browne Street. Division and Browne Street have east side lane restrictions from 3rd to 1st Avenue. This project includes electrical conduit replacement, stormwater updates, asphalt patching, curb and sidewalk replacement and landscaping.

Liberty Park Combined Sewer Overflow Tank 33-1- Work continues with traffic impacts on 5th Ave. from Arthur to Perry and Denver and Celesta. This work is to construct a 2 million gallon Combined Sewer Overflow Tank that is part of the “It’s all about the River” program to keep our greatest asset, our river, clean.

Monroe and Lincoln Street, Main Avenue to 2nd Avenue- Crews are working on irrigation line repairs on the west side of Monroe Street just south of Riverside Avenue. During the week of May 15th, there will be occasional Monroe west lane closures. Avista is working on the east lane of Lincoln Street from 2nd Avenue to Sprague Avenue at approximately 15 separate locations. This is a full depth roadway replacement and full depth replacement between curbs on Lincoln Street and Monroe Street; Main Avenue from Monroe Street to Lincoln Street; and Monroe Street from Spokane Falls Boulevard to Main Avenue. Some minor curbing and ADA curb ramps will be installed where necessary.

Pacific and Perry Stormwater Facility- Work on Pond Excavation has started in the block of 2nd Avenue, Perry Street, Pacific Avenue and the Hamilton Street Bridge. Work includes stormwater treatment and infiltration swales.

Spokane Falls Boulevard Combined Sewer Overflow Tank (CSO 26) Project- Spokane Falls Boulevard from Lincoln to Monroe is closed to traffic. Lincoln Street from Spokane Falls Boulevard to Main will be reopened with traffic now redirected southbound. Lincoln will serve as the detour route for traffic coming from the River Park Square garage and Spokane Falls Boulevard for this phase of the project which is expected to be completed mid-2018.  Lincoln has two lanes of traffic, and drivers will be required to go east or west at Main Avenue. The project is part of the City’s efforts to get to a Cleaner River Faster.  The tank will include a new public plaza with views of the lower falls of the Spokane River.

Sprague Avenue, Helena Street to Stone Street- Sprague Avenue is closed from Altamont Street through the intersection of Napa Street. Businesses along the East Sprague corridor remain open. Work for this project includes a full street reconstruction, partial sidewalk replacement, bumpouts, landscaping, pedestrian lighting, and utility replacement.

Upriver Drive Combined Sewer Overflow Tank, CSO 41- Upriver Drive is closed from west of Freya to east of Rebecca. Rebecca will be closed to from Upriver Drive to south of Ermina for work on the CSO Tank. A detour is in place for the Centennial Trail.

SPOKANE COUNTY
Market Street Houston to Lincoln-
Installing curb, sidewalk, ramps, catch basins, drywells, swales, sewer pipe, and repair and replace asphalt. Road closed through July.

Ritchey Road Bridge- Removal of the existing bridge & replacement with new structure. Ritchey Road is closed from Bannock Avenue to US-2.
