Funny, I saw one at the corner of Maple and 2nd in Spokane on Sunday holding a sign that said "75 centses". Perhaps hoping people will be more likely to give if the solicited amount is low?
You may be onto something Andrew. Is it just me or is it kind of crazy that the panhandlers are setting price points now?
