When most people think of driving in California, they often conjure up images of traffic jams and honking horns. Well that’s what they encountered on Highway 24 in Oakland over the weekend, but it wasn’t an accident causing the backup- it was a herd of goats. The animals wandered onto the roadway, snarling traffic for about 30 minutes until California Highway Patrol officers could move them out of the way. The strangest part about the incident though- no one knows where the goats came from and no one appears to be missing about fifty goats.
