Yep, to save yourself and your community from killer hail and tornadoes everyone should start riding the bus. And with that much ridership there will be pressure to improve the system. It's a win-win situation; no tornadoes and better public transit 🙂
I didn't read the story, but if someone can surf off the wake of a speedboat, I'm sure cars can manufacture tornadoes, albeit small ones.
