Jefferson Lines: Provides service from the Spokane Intermodal Center to other cities in Idaho, Montana, Wyoming and other locations.

Northwestern Trailways: Provides inter-city bus service with several daily departures from Spokane to cities in Washington and Idaho.

Special Mobility Services (SMS) Community Shuttles: SMS provides intercity shuttle service between Spokane and several surrounding communities. SMS also provides dial-a-ride service within the city of Deer Park for people wanting local service.
Travel Washington Gold Line: Bus service from Spokane to Kettle Falls with two round-trips daily along US 395, connecting Kettle Falls, Colville, Arden, Addy, Chewelah, Loon Lake and Deer Park to Spokane and key transit hubs.
