A local business owner is suing the Washington State Department of Transportation, because WSDOT won’t buy his company. Petroleum Distributing Co. is in the path of the North Spokane Corridor. But because there is no funding to buy commercial properties at this time, the state says they’re not currently in a position to buy. Which means the business owner has to continue to work.
