According to a story in toady’s Spokesman Review, the City of Spokane’s bicycle master plan is almost ready for a public open house. You can read the story here. The open house will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Nov. 18 at Salem Lutheran Church, 1428 W. Broadway Ave.
