to the 2016-2019 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP). The TIP is a
document that identifies projects programmed to be undertaken or constructed
during the upcoming four years. It includes project names and descriptions, the
jurisdiction sponsoring them, funding attached to each project, and where the
funding came from (local, state or federal funds). The TIP is updated regularly
as SRTC’s member jurisdictions have projects to add, change or remove from the
amendment would reduce the total project cost of a WSDOT Interstate 90 on-ramp project, change
the source of funding from federal to state funding, and advance construction
of the project by two years to 2017 and 2018.
