Alaska Airlines is ending decades of giving passengers prayer cards with their meals, saying the airline heard from customers who preferred not to mix religion with transportation.
The News Tribune tells why the airline is ending the practice after decades. I’ve never gotten one of these cards. Have you?
I have never received one and have flown Alaska plenty of times. I had no idea they did this and would definitely feel weirded out if I received one. They don't know my beliefs and I would resent knowing the cost of those cards was part of my ticket price.
I found it bizarre that they've continued this practice as long as they have. I would have thought it would have gone away a long time ago.
