Committees
The SRTC Board of Directors is the decision-making body of SRTC. However, their decisions are informed by the recommendations of SRTC’s two committees: the Transportation Technical Committee and the Transportation Advisory Committee. The Committees have agenda items brought before them first, and their voted recommendations and additional comments are brought to the Board of Directors for a final decision. Learn more about each of our committees below.
Both Committees meet on the third Wednesday of each month.
Transportation Technical Committee
The Transportation Technical Committee consists of transportation professionals across the region. They meet at 1:00 pm and provide technical expertise to the SRTC Board of Directors.
Transportation Advisory Committee
The Transportation Advisory Committee consists of citizen volunteers who provide unique transportation-user and community perspectives. They meet at 3:00 pm each month.

The Board of Directors makes decisions for SRTC using the information provided by the Committees.
