Spokane County Commute Trip Reduction Plan (2008)
A plan to develop and implement methods to reduce air pollution and traffic congestion aggravated by single-occupant vehicle trips.
Regional Commute Trip Reduction Plan 2011-2015 Addendum (2013)
The Washington State Commute Trip Reduction Board in 2013 adopted a State Plan and Operational Policy for 2011-2015 which extends existing goals for local jurisdictions implementing the traditional CTR program. This policy required updates to local plans to remain in compliance with the law. This addendum serves as that update. It is administrative in nature and did not change any goals, objectives or strategies.
