Because bicycling is an efficient way to commute to work or school and is a popular recreational activity, SRTC has compiled a Spokane Regional Bicycle Map of bike routes. The map breaks down Spokane-area roads into facilities with shared use paths, bicycle lanes, shared roadways, and suggested commuter and recreation routes. The map also shows routes through the Riverside State Park Recreational Area, the Medical Lake and Cheney area and downtown Spokane and the lower South Hill.

Bicycling resources are included on the map such as area bicycle shops, information on taking your bike on the bus, and phone numbers to call to report debris on the roadway.
